Dr Angela Lashoher, Patient Safety Programme Information, World Health Organisation will give delegates a fascinating insight to the design, use and evaluation of checklists for the management of Influenza A (H1N1) , work recently undertaken at WHO to support the current emergency situation Dr John Bleasdale, Lead Clinician, Critical Care, City Hospital, Birmingham, will give the latest information on the local application and evaluation of the WHO influenza checklist and his recent experiences within his busy CCU.

The final part of this session will offer delegates the opportunity to ask  an  expert panel  from a range of settings how best to manage the influenza situation in their workplace.
